According to Foresight News, Cantina announced the launch of Web3SOC, a standardized assessment framework for institutions and DeFi projects aimed at promoting a secure and compliant decentralized financial ecosystem. The framework was developed in collaboration with projects such as Uniswap Labs, Morpho, Maple Finance, Kiln, Steakhouse Financial, L1D, and Secureum.
Web3SOC rates projects across four dimensions: operations, finance, security, and compliance, and divides them into four maturity levels: Tier 1 (Enterprise), Tier 2 (Mature), Tier 3 (Growth), and Tier 4 (Early Stage). The system can be used by institutions during due diligence and provides projects with a self-assessment and optimization path. Projects can obtain ratings through Cantina. The framework will continue to iterate to adapt to the development of the DeFi industry.
