On workdays from Tuesday to Friday, I spend approximately 10 hours or more daily on reading and typing, with typing taking slightly longer. Reading mainly involves news and current events, and checking a few key data points. Since I'm familiar with the material, it doesn't take much time. Saturdays and Sundays are the most relaxed times, as the US stock market is closed and Trump is playing golf, so there are no major issues. If not for geopolitical conflicts, I would spend the entire day watching TV series, playing sports, and when tired, start typing and checking data, which takes about 4 hours daily. Monday daytime is quite idle, as there's not much happening. Work begins formally in the evening, and about 5 hours is usually sufficient. During workdays when not typing, I occasionally play a game (card drawing) or watch a movie for an hour. There are hardly any large chunks of free time left. I don't do many miscellaneous tasks.
