According to Foresight News, the paper "Multi-Continental Healthcare Modelling Using Blockchain-Enabled Federated Learning" from the decentralized AI model training platform FLock.io won the "Best Application Award" at the IEEE Global Blockchain Conference. The paper proposed a blockchain-supported federated learning framework aimed at promoting privacy-protected global medical data modeling.
The first IEEE Global Blockchain Conference has been launched in Shanghai and established the IEEE Blockchain China Office.
