Boundless: Ethereum's Native Rollup Modular Execution Layer
Reasons for Participation
Boundless can be defined as "Ethereum's native modular execution layer", a positioning that implies a paradigm shift in blockchain architecture. Just like cloud computing deconstructed data centers into different layers, Boundless is splitting ZK proofs into pluggable components:
ZK Mining Market: Borrowing Bitcoin's PoW competitive mechanism, but replacing hash collision with proof generation, eliminating energy waste;
Verification as a Service: Similar to AWS Lambda abstracting server management, developers won't need to build verification nodes;
Cross-chain Execution Layer: Like HTTP protocol unifying internet communication, Boundless becomes a ZK co-processor shared by multiple chains.
Currently, over 30 teams plan to build and deploy applications on Boundless.
Regarding financing, Boundless is a project under RISC Zero, which has raised $54 million so far.
On July 16th, Boundless announced on X platform that the mainnet Beta version is now online. By completing related tasks, users can obtain the Boundless token sale whitelist and additional token rewards. Tasks are divided into Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond levels, with Bronze and Silver tasks currently unlocked. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that the final mainnet will be launched after the Beta version.

Rayls is an EVM-compatible blockchain ecosystem designed for financial institutions, balancing enterprise-level privacy protection, scalability, interoperability, and decentralization. Through Rayls, financial institutions can tokenize financial assets and real-world assets (RWA), combine with central bank digital currencies (CBDC) for payments, and simplify cross-border foreign exchange and institutional internal payment processes.
According to ROOTDATA, Rayls has completed two rounds of financing, totaling over $25 million, including:
In January 2023, Rayls announced the completion of a $15 million seed round, with ParaFi Capital, Framework Ventures, and L4 Venture Builder participating;
In August 2024, Rayls announced the completion of a $10 million Series A round, led by ParaFi Capital, with Framework Ventures, L4 Venture Builder, and Núclea participating.
On July 2nd, they opened a waitlist application to obtain priority access to the testnet, which also means testnet interaction tasks will be launched soon.

Yellow Network: Decentralized Clearing Network
Reasons for Participation
Yellow Network is a new decentralized clearing network that helps users trade freely across chains, reducing costs and improving efficiency. Through smart protocols and state channels, it enables transactions to be transmitted as quickly as information, breaking liquidity barriers and making asset circulation more secure and transparent.
According to ROOTDATA, Yellow Network completed a $10 million seed round in September 2024, led by Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen, with participation from ConsenSys, GSR, NxGen, MV Global, Gate Labs, ZBS Capital, Moonrock Capital, Math, Cobo, NOIA Capital, and LD Capital.
