On July 29, according to validatorqueue data, approximately 684,000 ETH (equivalent to about $2.59 billion at current prices) are currently waiting to exit the Ethereum PoS network, with an exit waiting time of about 11 days and 21 hours. At the same time, approximately 259,000 ETH (equivalent to about $980 million) are waiting to join the network, with an estimated activation delay of about 4 days and 12 hours.
Previous reports indicate that this situation reflects two opposing market forces: on one hand, some stakers may choose to take profits after Ethereum rebounded over 160% from its April low point, leading to a surge in the exit queue; on the other hand, new deposited funds driven by regulatory benefits and institutional demand are also pushing up the entry queue, with listed companies such as SharpLink Gaming and BitMine Immersion increasing their ETH holdings and staking.
