According to Yahoo Finance on the 16th (local time), Bit holding company Strategy (MSTR) closed trading at $366.32, down 1.77%.
Exchange Coinbase (COIN) dropped 2.26% to $317.55, Block (XYZ) fell 0.32% to $75.80. Robinhood (HOOD) closed higher at $114.17, up 3.13%.
Nakamoto (NAKA), which disclosed its Bit holding strategy, closed at $13.67, a sharp decline of 8.98%. Newly listed financial services company Cantor Equity Partners (CEP) traded at $27.22, down 5.39%.
Gryption Digital Mining (GRYP), owned by Trump's son, fell to $1.27, down 9.93%, and medical device company Semler Scientific (SMLR) closed at $33.84, down 3.68%.
Japanese listed Bit holding company Metaplanet (3350.T) turned weak, falling 8.65% to 866 yen.
Mining stocks weak... MARA·RIOT decline, CLSK·CORZ also fall
Cryptocurrency mining stocks were among the top trading volumes but mostly showed a downward trend.
Marathon Digital (MARA) closed at $15.67, down 0.51%, with a trading volume of 36.86 million shares, ranking 7th in the market. Riot Platforms (RIOT) closed at $11.33, a sharp decline of 7.50%.
Cleanspark (CLSK) fell 2.01% to $9.75, Core Scientific (CORZ) recorded $14.13, up 2.13%.
Cipher Mining (CIFR) dropped 2.07% to $5.21, Iris Energy (IREN) rose 3.18% to $19.69, and Hut 8 Mining (HUT) closed at $23.32, down 2.02%.
Bit Digital (BTBT) fell 5.64% to $3.01, Bit Farm (BITF) dropped 0.79% to $1.26, and Hive Digital (HIVE) decreased 1.33% to $2.22. Terrawulf (WULF) closed at $8.97, up 2.99%.
Bit dropped 0.44% to $117,856.67 on the same day, and related stocks continued an overall downward trend.
