On August 26, SUI treasury management company Mill City Ventures III announced that it would be renamed Sui Group Holdings and would be traded on the Nasdaq under the new symbol SUIG starting August 26, 2025.
SUI Group stated that the name change aims to strengthen its strategic positioning as a treasury within the Sui ecosystem and further align with the Sui Foundation. As the only publicly listed company with an official relationship with the Sui Foundation, the Group will focus on driving the development and adoption of the Sui Network while delivering long-term value to shareholders.
Officials emphasized that the name and code change does not require any action from existing shareholders. The shares will still be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market and options trading will continue on Cboe Global Markets.
