Find founder: Demand for talent in the crypto space surges, with stablecoin positions dominating

According to Foresight News , Owen Dearn, founder of the fintech recruitment firm Find, stated that the crypto space is experiencing a talent gold rush. He estimates that approximately 80% of the positions he has placed in the past few months are related to stablecoins. A head of stablecoin strategy at a large traditional financial firm in the US typically earns a base salary of $250,000 to $400,000, while senior compliance positions can command salaries of up to $350,000. In the UK, such a position can expect to earn between £150,000 and £220,000 per year.
