This is a consequence of markets reassessing the Fed's trajectory based on Powell's rhetoric. The President has already hinted at this more than once and even spoken directly, but despite rate cuts, Powell stated: "policy is well calibrated… policy is having effects… we don’t need to be in a hurry to make any adjustments.” In other words, Fed does not see the need to take rapid steps toward additional easing.
