Barron Trump (19 years old), President Trump's youngest son, is being proposed to take on a senior management position at TikTok, a social networking platform expected to be transferred to US investors after the acquisition from ByteDance (China).

According to Jake Advent - President Trump's former social media manager - Barron is the ideal face to help this app reach young Americans: ''I hope President Trump will consider appointing Barron and some young Americans to TikTok's board of directors, to ensure this app remains attractive to the younger generation''.
Barron Trump is currently studying at New York University in Washington DC and has recently moved into the White House. The Trump family's son has yet to respond to this proposal.
President Trump once revealed that Barron was the one who guided him on how to approach young voters, contributing significantly to his victory in the recent election. First Lady Melania Trump also affirmed that her son "understands his generation very well", so he has a special Vai in his father's media campaign.
Last month, Mr. Trump signed an executive order allowing the transfer of control of TikTok's US operations to a consortium of domestic investors, after negotiations with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
After nearly a year of absence, Mr. Trump also returned to TikTok with a humorous video that attracted attention: "To the young people on TikTok, I saved this app, so you owe me. And who knows, one day, one of you will sit in this very chair in the Oval Office."
According to Vice President JD Vance, after the transfer, TikTok's algorithm will be controlled by US investors, to ensure the platform operates independently and safely in the US digital environment.
