Polygon CEO Sandeep Nailwal recently Chia on the X platform about the possibility of changing the project's Token back to Matic, after receiving a lot of feedback from the community that Matic is more recognizable than POL. Sandeep admitted that he personally wants to maintain the status quo and continue using POL. However, he also emphasized that decisions regarding the project should not be based solely on the opinion of the crypto community, as its participants represent less than 5% of the total cryptocurrency traders globally.
