Coinbase executive: DEX trading functionality based on Solana is now available on the app.

According to Mars Finance, on December 11th, Andrew Allen, Head of Solana Product at Coinbase, stated at the Solana Breakpoint conference that Coinbase has launched Solana-based DEX trading functionality within its app. Users can directly trade any Solana on-chain token within the familiar interface and complete payments using USDC, USD cash, bank accounts, or debit cards. Slippage and routing are handled automatically in the background. Andrew stated that Coinbase is comprehensively expanding its native support for Solana, and in the future, users will be able to see Solana assets directly within the app, ensuring sufficient liquidity to reach millions of Coinbase users without the need for token listing processes.
