Remember that @echodotxyz was acquired by Coinbase, and their very first project after the acquisition, $MON, was sold relatively successfully on Coinbase. So why isn't Octra being offered for sale on Coinbase? From my perspective, there are two points. First, Octra isn't on the same level as Monad and the other projects Coinbase targets. Second, it might have a rather poor ROI at the time of TGE. - In a bad market environment, with investors' risk tolerance sharply declining, Octra, a project in a relatively technical sector without the backing of many large funds, is highly unlikely to receive FOMO from the community. One area Octra could strongly target is user privacy to fuel FOMO, because recently projects related to anonymity have been flying high, such as $ZCASH or $ASTER. - Is Octra's valuation of $200 million high or low? This is relatively difficult to say because there aren't any outstanding projects in the FHE niche, and comparing it within the privacy industry doesn't seem very reasonable to me. I searched everywhere but couldn't find any official information about the 1M and 8M sales on Echo, or the valuations. In summary, I will not participate in the Pre-Sale, even if it's for fun.
