Up2's 4th round saw a high competition rate of 13:1, with 129 teams applying. Of these, 10 teams were ultimately selected. The inauguration ceremony featured activities such as: awarding supporter appointment letters, providing welcome gifts, networking programs between teams, and basic blockchain training.
The 4th Up2 team will conduct various activities to promote Upbit under the slogan "Team Up For The Next Block." Specifically, this 4th Up2 team will be selected and operated in a team-based manner, with participants completing both team and individual missions. The program will focus on creating content promoting Upbit's investor protection efforts and a safe cryptocurrency trading culture, and will engage in a variety of activities both online and offline.
The 4th Upbit team will begin with an inaugural ceremony and run for approximately four months until April of next year. Outstanding participants and teams will receive a total of 12 million won in rewards and opportunities for experiential internships at Upbit. Top content will be featured on the Upbit Investor Protection Center's social media channels.
An Upbit official said, "Up2 is a representative university student participation program that aims to create a safer and more transparent cryptocurrency trading environment together with the younger generation," and added, "We expect that various contents that utilize the creativity and sensibility of the younger generation will play a big role in publicizing Upbit's various news and activities."
