The 2 mile ruck workout was more than double my previous longest distance and a total killer. I carried a 45lb backpack and a 30lb dumbbell in each hand. Each time I could no longer hold the dumbbells, I paused for a 30 second rest, picked them up and continued on until I reached 2 miles total. STATS: - 57:40 total time - 44 carries (with 30s rest between each) - The figure below shows the duration of each of the 44 carries required to complete the 2 miles The last 20 minutes was brutal, but I was happy none of my carries was shorter than the 30s rest period! 💪
