BitMine's staking of Ethereum has pushed the validator queue to approximately 977,000, with new validator activation taking up to 17 days.

According to a report by Cointelegraph, as reported by Techub News, BitMine has deposited an additional 82,560 ETH (approximately $259 million) into the Ethereum staking system, bringing its total staked amount to 544,064 ETH (worth approximately $1.62 billion). Due to its recent accelerated staking, the number of Ethereum validators entering the queue has increased to approximately 977,000 ETH, with a new validator expected to wait approximately 17 days. Meanwhile, slightly over 113,000 ETH have exited the queue awaiting withdrawal. Ethereum network data shows that over 35.5 million ETH (approximately 29% of the total supply) are currently staked, with an annualized staking yield of nearly 2.54%.
