since yesterday, i’ve seen a lot of people facing kyc issues related to the @zama sale, and i personally failed kyc today as well
i minted two nfts, but because of the kyc issue i won’t be able to participate in the sale, which honestly feels isn't right
especially considering i’ve been sharing and supporting zama since july
@randhindi has mentioned that the team will handle all requests, i really appreciate that
> but i believe a better solution would be to add another kyc provider, such as @BlockpassOrg as a lot of users face problems with @sumsub
> offering a manual review or a one-time re-verification window for failed users
> early supporters and nft minters should be prioritized when resolving these cases
really hope the team listens to the community on this
