After this implementation, a payment on the XRPL can be converted into a standard ISO message event and anchored on Flare so anyone can verify it.
Then any app, contract or agent that reads Flare can use that event as a trusted trigger to unlock features, move value or kick off workflows across Web2 apps or even other chains.
