The comments on this was a full-blown spectacle with everyone going against the bet.
Lopes is a great VISUAL striker, but it's mainly theatrics.
He looks good because he's walking people down, putting his head down and swinging hard, eating shots like nothing etc. etc.
But that's a CLASSIC PSYOP to make you think "it's enough" to get the job done.
Aggression =/= IQ or high-level talent.
You can't use sluggish tactics up against dominant world champions.
And as we saw with Gaethje,
Age doesn't necessarily mean much when you've got unmatched experience and are an active fighter.

Last UFC bet was trash analysis.
In hindsight, I should've known that Gaethje has more experience in championship rounds, is a heavy hitter and well... Paddy can't punch.
