This upgrade will unlock significant benefits for smart contract users and developers.  It is the first of several improvements that are planned.  It is very important to get both SPO and DRep support for this upgrade.

All the talk about moltbots🦞and USDCx🪙has probably overshadowed the need for SPOs (and DReps) to vote on the PARAMETER CHANGE ACTION for memunits.
