According to Foresight News , Payy, an Ethereum privacy-focused EVM L2 network, has officially launched. The official statement indicates that once users add the network to MetaMask, transfers become automatically private without complex steps. Payy stores all ERC-20 tokens in a chain-native privacy pool; direct transfers are completed within the pool; smart contract interactions allow withdrawals from the pool to a new address; privacy transaction data is stored in an off-chain privacy vault; and developers can configure the privacy vault via an RPC URL.
Payy has received investment from Robot Ventures, 6MV, DBA, and Protocol Labs.
