2️⃣ 針對特定應用的效率優化（如高頻交易）
3️⃣ 主網追不上的極致效能擴張
4️⃣ 針對非金融應用的設計（如社交、身份識別、AI）
5️⃣ 超低延遲排序或其他排序特性
6️⃣ 內建預言機、去中心化爭端解決機制或其他無法透過計算驗證的功能

@VitalikButerin's advice for L2:
1️⃣ Non-EVM-specific features or developments centered around privacy
2️⃣ Efficiency optimization for specific applications (such as high-frequency trading)
3️⃣Extreme performance expansion that the mainnet can't catch up with
4️⃣ Design for non-financial applications (such as social, identity recognition, AI)
5️⃣ Ultra-low latency sorting or other sorting features
6️⃣ Built-in oracles, decentralized dispute resolution mechanisms, or other functions that cannot be verified through computation.
