Bitwise has filed an S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch a spot ETF with Uniswap as its underlying asset. The product is managed by Bitwise Investment Advisers and custodied by Coinbase Custody. It does not currently participate in staking, but this may be introduced in the future through revisions to the registration statement.
