I think this is a filter that we have to pass through. These technologies are new and our culture around using them hasn’t caught up.
We will bottom out somewhere, and so long as we don’t blow ourselves up or kill ourselves with a super virus, pushback will rise.

As someone in this generation, what should I be looking to put my time into to help "pushback"?

Yourself, through example. Strong body and mind, in tune with nature. And reading some of the classics (most of them have lasted thousands of years for a reason) to build and maintain a philosophical, ethical, inquiring, skeptical mind.
