There are evidently $350MM of "IBIT Structured Notes" which pay high yields as long as IBIT is in a range, but liquidate if IBIT hits a lower bound.
This might be part of what has happened, but the amount is small. But banks are busy creating these instruments.
essentially similar to selling puts.
