According to a report by Cointelegraph on February TechFlow, ARK Invest disclosed that it sold a total of 134,472 Coinbase shares on Friday through its three ETFs, worth approximately $22.1 million. This included 92,737 shares sold through ARKK, 32,790 shares through ARKW, and 8,945 shares through ARKF.
Meanwhile, ARK Invest purchased a total of 393,057 Bullish shares, worth approximately $10.7 million, of which ARKK purchased 278,619 shares, ARKW purchased 70,655 shares, and ARKF purchased 43,783 shares.
When the transaction occurred, Coinbase's stock price rose 13% to $165 that day, but has fallen 26% year-to-date.
In addition, ARK Invest bought Alphabet, Recursion Pharmaceuticals, and Tempus AI, while reducing its holdings in Roku, The Trade Desk, and PagerDuty.
