看到最近很多人把 Claude Max 的 session token 拿去接 OpenClaw 跑 agent。
畢竟$200 吃到飽比 API 划算太多，但這不是透過 Claude Code 發起的 session，Anthropic 要查太容易了。
如果哪天封號，跟 Claude 累積的幾百幾千條對話紀錄全部消失，這才是真正的代價。
最近也在想怎麼省token，大家有什麼建議嗎？

先說我目前的解法，我目前的用法是：
1. 主要對話（大腦）： Sonnet 4.5
2. Heartbeat 跟 Browser Automation（手腳）： Haiku 4.5
3. Coding：用 Claude Max，直接用訂閱版去處理
現在是這樣子分層去處理。
Sonnet 4.5 跟 Opus 4.5 相比其實沒有差太多，而且速度處理起來還比較快，作為大腦應該是挺夠用的。

2. Heartbeat and Browser Automation (hands and feet): Haiku 4.5

3. Coding: Using Claude Max, directly processing with a subscription version.

This is the current layered processing approach.

Sonnet 4.5 isn't significantly different from Opus 4.5, and its processing speed is relatively fast, which should be sufficient for the brain function.
