Consumers have more protections on prediction markets than they do on sportsbooks.
Users on prediction markets:
- don't get banned for winning
- get better and more transparent odds
- are betting against their peers rather than "the house"

Prediction markets should not be able to circumvent state gaming laws. Consumers deserve transparency, accountability, and protection against such predatory practices.
