I’ve always trained. What changed was why. It stopped being about performance or aesthetics and started being about stability. When I lift consistently, walk daily, sleep properly, and eat enough to recover, everything else runs better. My thinking is clearer. Stress doesn’t linger as long. Capital decisions feel less reactive. So I keep it simple: 🔶Lift 4–5 days a week 🔶Walk every day 🔶Prioritize sleep 🔶Eat to recover Nothing extreme. Just consistent work. If my body is predictable, my decisions are better. Over time, that matters more than any single workout.
