Besides not actively trading, I am still just dollar cost averaging very slowly into primarily $BTC and some $ETH as price goes lower. I don't know where or when this bottoms out at some point and neither does anyone else.
All I care about is increasing my stack for the long term (years) and meanwhile stressing as little as possible about it. So slow and steady spot accumulation is the way for me personally.

I think most markets were kind of anticipating some sort of escalation sometime soon which is why this sell off hasn't been that massive for now.
