Community wants less control by the founding entities not more. We have seen how you manage funds in the past, there has been a lot of waste. Building competitive dapps against the ecosystem, instead of supporting the the ones that are already exist and have better traction. It is becoming more and more clear that control is what is wanted here not advancement of the ecosystem. The governance vote is already centralized. Taking a certain token allocation for funds is actually a decent idea - only if the tokenomics make sense for the project (I don't think 10-30% is feasible for most projects). I'm wondering why we haven't taken equity in the companies making profits from the treasury? I'm there are net + revenue companies still getting money from the treasury. Why wasn't this thought out before?
