People create some surveillance system criteria, people who don't comply are punished, and a criminal/serf underclass is created. AI just upped the capability. If we don't fight, our privacy rights could be stripped away within years, much less decades. What's happening in the UK CAN happen here. The only question is if we'll be brave enough to fight it.
