Binance is recruiting senior leaders in Vietnam, joining the new crypto "game".

Binance recently posted a job opening for a senior management position, seeking a General Manager to oversee Vietnam.

This person will oversee all of Binance's operations in the Vietnamese market. Their main Vai include developing and implementing business strategies to achieve the company's growth targets, while also managing key areas such as sales, marketing, finance, and customer service.

Notably, the job posting emphasizes the role of relations with regulatory/government agencies, suggesting that Binance 's focus is no longer just on expanding its user base but on "following the law" and adapting to the legal environment.

Founded in 2017 in Hong Kong, Binance is currently a leading crypto exchange , offering trading for over 600 digital assets and Token, including Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin, Dogecoin , and its own Token , Binance Coin (BNB).

This job posting quickly sparked discussion within the technology and crypto investment community, given Binance's long-standing position as the world's largest digital asset exchange.

Some market speculation suggests that the new leader will have to “rebuild” the strategy for a market of nearly 100 million people – where the game is changing.

Previously, Binance appointed Lynn Hoang as its representative for Vietnam. She played a key Vai in localizing the global platform and is a familiar face in the regional blockchain community.

When the crypto market in Vietnam was still in its infancy and lacked a clear legal framework, this leader with a financial background was XEM as a bridge between Binance and regulatory authorities, while also promoting awareness of blockchain.

Under her leadership, Binance's presence in Vietnam expanded beyond just trading, focusing instead on dialogue, collaboration, and gradually localizing its operations.

Many believe that what Lynn Hoang has done will set a rather high standard for the new General Manager – who will have to manage in a new, more challenging, and much more competitive environment.
