According to Foresight News , Philadelphia musician G.Love tweeted that while changing his computer and reconfiguring Ledger, he mistakenly downloaded a malicious fake app from the Apple App Store, resulting in the transfer of approximately 5.92 bitcoins within a short period. Chain detective ZachXBT subsequently stated that he had traced the flow of the stolen funds and pointed out that the assets had been laundered through a centralized exchange (CEX) deposit address. ZachXBT also questioned Apple's App Store review mechanism, claiming that the Apple platform allows fake apps to be listed, further amplifying the risk to user assets. This incident has once again drawn market attention to wallet security and app ecosystem review mechanisms.
