From April 20th to 23rd, the 2026 Hong Kong Web3 Carnival will be grandly launched at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, 5 BCDE. This year marks the fourth consecutive year that the Web3 Carnival has been held in Hong Kong since its inception in 2023. The event will be themed around "Mountains, Wind, Clouds, and Sea," featuring four themed stages over four days for in-depth discussions and sharing, collectively writing a chapter of "The Wind Rises in Hong Kong, Connecting the World." Hong Kong Financial Secretary Paul Chan, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin, University of Maryland finance professor Michael Faulkender, Binance co-CEO He Yi, Quantum Solutions CEO Francis B.
