He stated, "I have never choked anyone in my life. I am not a physically aggressive person; most people would describe me as very gentle." Furthermore, he alleges that Evelyn Ha abused him throughout their relationship and claims to have contacted several of Evelyn's ex-partners who had similar experiences. They all received intervention from couples therapists who were aware of Evelyn's repeated physical abuse. Ben Pasternak emphasizes that he possesses substantial documentary evidence, including medical reports, letters from Evelyn admitting to violence, and photos of injuries, all of which will be used in court.
According to a previous report by Foresight News , Ben Pasternak was arrested and charged with second-degree strangulation and third-degree assault, according to the New York Criminal Court.
