According to Foresight News , Wormhole Labs announced at the Solana Accelerate USA conference that the official version of TAO is now available on Solana, supporting native trading on Solana's DeFi platform. This integration allows TAO to be used directly on platforms such as Jupiter and Meteora, as well as wallets like Phantom and Solflare.
This launch is powered by Wormhole's Sunrise platform, which brings established tokens into Solana and enables instant liquidity. Unlike cross-chain transactions that rely on encapsulation, Sunrise uses Wormhole's native token transfer system, which locks or destroys tokens on the source chain and mints tokens on the target chain while preserving key metadata.
