Paradigm announced the open-sourcing of its self-developed AI agent, Centaur, claiming it has completely transformed the fund's workflow.

According to Mars Finance, Paradigm has officially announced the open-sourcing of Centaur, a self-hosted AI Agent Runtime jointly developed by Paradigm and Tempo that supports multi-user collaboration and secure operation. Paradigm stated that it has been using Centaur internally since January of this year, and it has completely transformed the way its team works, covering various task scenarios such as investment, engineering, design, recruitment, events, and customer service. Centaur can be understood as a "shared agent" that can invoke tools, run continuously for hours or even days, continue working after a system restart, and complete operations using real credentials without ever accessing raw secrets. Users can communicate with it through Slack or call it via API.
