Recursive inscriptions are very popular recently, and the most beneficial one is NFT. There are still many friends who don’t know how to cast recursive NFT inscriptions. This article will teach you the specific casting process!

foreword
The Ordinals protocol was a major update to the bottom layer by @rodarmor, the founder of the ordinals protocol on June 12!
If brc20 is called Inscription 1.0, then Recursive Inscription will usher in Inscription 2.0!
It breaks through the upper limit of 4mb memory for a single inscription, and one inscription can request the content of other inscriptions, superimposed and combined, and present the final complete finished inscription. (Just like Lego blocks, all kinds of stacking and assembling, and finally assembling a complete finished product)
Recursive inscriptions represent infinite possibilities and applicable scenarios: NFT, metaverse, hypertext, video, music, web pages, etc., and many people are already trying to use it!
Among them, NFT bears the brunt of the recursive inscription feature. The project party only needs to cast a few high-definition element parts to randomly assemble tens of thousands of different high-definition NFTs, which greatly saves the casting cost of the project party. At the same time, it also reduces the casting cost of retail investors.

===================
Since the casting method code of each recursive NFT project is different at present, there is SVG format, there is html format, there is no standard for the time being. But as long as the project party downloads the casting file, the casting process is the same.
Current casting method conditions:
1. The project side provides users to download recursive casting text, such as: suffix format of svg and html;
2. Use the minted text to check for duplicates in the BitPunks browser;
3. Use the Files file to cast recursive text on the unisat tool;
Before the tutorial starts, as a reminder, if you feel that the pictures in the tutorial are blurry, you can press and hold the Ctrl key + mouse wheel up to zoom in 200%, and then return to 100% to clear the picture!

Tutorial begins!
This tutorial has taken Recursive Punks as an example, they are in SVG format, and the casting method is very primitive.
1. Casting file download
1. Open the Recursive Punks website
2. Click on their github library (of course their webpage can also download svg files, but I will still demonstrate in the original way)

3. Click on the upper right corner, first log in to your github account

4. After logging in, find their svg folder and click

5. Click on an svg file at will (you can directly crawl and download this list in batches if you know how to script)

6. Click to download

7. Open the downloaded folder, you can see the svg casting file you downloaded

2. How to check the weight
1. Open the BitPunks browser
https://bitpunks.io/Explorer/Inscriptions
2. Click Search in the Hash Check column

3. Select the svg file you just downloaded and open it

4. If the search results show yes, it means that it has been cast. If it shows no, it means it can be minted

3. How to cast
1. Open the unisat casting interface
2. Click login unisat in the upper right corner

3. Select Files to cast

4. Pull in the svg file that no one has typed after the duplicate check

5. Fill in your address, select GAS, and click Confirm, then pay

This concludes the tutorial!
Note:
1. In this tutorial, the svg file released by the project party is provided for download on github. As a demonstration, you can use it flexibly. As long as you find the casting file provided by the project party, you can check and cast it!
2. The same is true for the html format. Find the download address provided by the project party, and then the casting and plagiarism check methods are the same.
3. Due to the continuous update and improvement of recursive inscriptions, the casting method will only become simpler and more humane in the future!
