Trezor: Unauthorized access to third-party ticket portal, advises to remain vigilant against potential phishing attacks

Odaily Odaily reported that the hardware wallet Trezor issued a statement stating that it is investigating a security incident that occurred on January 17. Someone accessed the third-party work order portal it used without authorization. The customer's digital assets were not harmed in any way as a result of this incident. An internal audit indicates that information from customers who interacted with Trezor Support since December 2021 may have been exposed, limited to emails and names/nicknames. Trezor said that although this represents only a small portion of its entire user base, 66,000 users were affected during this period and that emails were sent to these users as a reminder. Trezor is working with a third-party service provider to fully investigate the incident. Trezor reminds customers to be vigilant about potential phishing attacks.
