when you sell a token through fees
happens anytime an epoch is tightly defined and the reward is liquid priced, the fee mkt should auction up to "fair" purchasing value (mkt - some friction/risk)
unlike others who incorrectly predicted hl would drop off, i will confidently state aster volume is directly correlated to liquid emissions and drop off accordingly, because no one wants to trade there outside of getting paid
