Here are some lessons from our Advisor Session with Austin:
• Meet users in their flow.
Ship into wallets, DMs (Telegram/Farcaster), and browser extensions. Don’t make them come to you.
• Show the “before → after” instantly.
Landing page = 5 second demo of the value moment.
• Earn trust with simplicity.
Fix bugs first, then trim UI to the 2–3 core jobs people hire you for.
• Prove it with real users.
Co-build with 3–5 pilots; events + warm intros > cold outreach. Roadmaps don’t replace proof.
•Align incentives and safety.
Bake in sharing loops (contests/leaderboards), integrate must-have partners, and add consent/guardrails for AI. Monetize at the value moment (e.g., 402, per-reply, or simple subs).

This session hyped up the teams and kept us going strong.
