The people of Gaza have been left to die. Weaponize the weather: Nearly 1.9 million Palestinians in Gaza are now living without adequate shelter in makeshift tents and damaged buildings. Eight children have frozen to death in just one month as Israel continues blocking tents and winter shelter aid—ZERO mobile housing units have entered Gaza. Cold is not a natural disaster when shelter is denied. This suffering is being manufactured by policy, not weather. Weaponize the food: 77 percent of Palestinians in Gaza are trapped in a cycle of hunger, while 90 percent go an entire day without regular access to food. More than 100,000 children and 37,000 pregnant and breastfeeding women are at risk of severe acute malnutrition. Sufficient food is not allowed to enter. Israel continues to use aid as a weapon of war against Gaza despite ceasefire—Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part, is an act of genocide.
