Bank of America predicts that the Bank of Japan will raise interest rates by 25 basis points in April.

PANews reported on February 10 that Bank of America Global Research expects the Bank of Japan to raise interest rates by 25 basis points in April, down from its previous forecast of June; it also expects the Bank of Japan to raise rates by another 25 basis points in September 2026, followed by 25 basis point increases in January and July 2027.
