Grayscale 為其數字大盤基金申請 S-3 註冊，擬推出 ETF

ChainCatcher 消息，據 SEC 官網消息，Grayscale 於 4 月 1 日遞交 S-3 表格，計劃將其 Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund 註冊為交易所交易基金（ETF）。
