關於激勵機制和基金會 用投資者的資金回購代幣完全是資金錯配。對於任何初創公司來說，這都是一種低效的資金使用方式。 這就是基金會（以及如果資金來源於實驗室）的結構性缺陷。 一旦團隊開始積極交易自己的代幣，他們很快就會意識到，這比實際開發產品要有利可圖得多。 說實話，既然可以直接交易自己控制的代幣並賺取更多利潤，為什麼還要費力尋找產品市場契合度（在加密貨幣領域這非常困難）呢？ 我一直以來都反對基金會模式。由於這些扭曲的激勵機制，大多數擁有活躍基金會的項目從設計上來說就完全不值得投資。 （超流動性）
