OORT updates token economic model: 800 million OORT will be locked for 5 years, and the team token unlocking period will be extended

According to Mars Finance, the decentralized AI and DePIN project OORT announced the update of its token economic model. The total amount of OORT tokens is 2 billion. Key changes include: 400 million OORT tokens will be allocated as OORT Edge network node rewards in the next five years, and another 800 million OORT will be locked for five years starting from September 15, 2024. The lock-up address will be announced soon; The unlocking period of 200 million OORT tokens allocated by the founding team will be extended from the original four years to six years, in line with the long-term healthy development goals of the OORT ecosystem.
