Truth Terminal founder: The 1.25 million GOATs I personally hold will not be sold for the time being, and I will temporarily keep the AI wallet

Odaily Planet Daily Report: Andy Ayrey, the founder of the AI chatbot Truth Terminal, posted on the X platform to disclose: 1. I hold 1.25 million GOAT, which were given to me by others; I have airdropped a portion of them to friends and AI researchers, and have not made any transactions since it started to become crazy and attract hype (both good and bad) - I have too much inside knowledge of its inner workings, which is unfair; 2. The truth_terminal wallet is managed by me and will be transferred to a legal entity (trust or similar) intended to meet its needs, and no adjustments will be made to its token holdings until a transparent governance process is in place; 3. truth_terminal wrote all its own tweets. I did not inject information into its prompts; 4. There are many subtle differences in the workings of language models, the evolution and guiding capabilities of AI personalities ("jumping out of the frame"), and how audience capture affects agent behavior, which are difficult to communicate. Misunderstandings of this could lead to significant price swings up or down, and I will not adjust or liquidate any of my GOAT positions until I release: a) The roadmap for ToT (the entity) and related projects; b) A research paper delving into this process; c) Statements from artists on the broader project and narrative; this token was a community meme around my work, and while I certainly hope to benefit from it, trading on my inside knowledge of the token's workings for personal gain would be a violation of my integrity and broader mission. I am publishing this disclosure to protect those who may have jumped on the hype train without fully understanding all the cross-system dynamics at play here.
