Among the projects that have not yet issued tokens, Monad, the leading L1 public chain in the parallel EVM narrative, is definitely one of the most anticipated star projects in the market. The huge financing of US$244 million has also raised the market's expectations for Monad's mainnet launch.
On December 17, Monad announced the establishment of a foundation, which made the market more excited about Monad's next coin issuance. Before the official Monad testnet is launched, paying attention to and participating in Monad-related projects in and outside the ecosystem in advance may help you get a share of the pie when the mainnet is launched.
At present, there are actually many projects that have officially announced that they will be built on Monad, many of which are cross-chain and many of which are native. Given that there are already many Monad ecosystem project introductions or inventories on the market.

aPriori - Liquidity Staking Platform
aPriori is a MEV-driven liquidity staking platform native to the Monad ecosystem. It aims to optimize Monad's network performance and user experience by developing a new MEV and liquidity staking architecture. Its innovative probabilistic verification design greatly reduces latency and maximizes Monad's high performance.
After multiple rounds of financing, aPriori's current total financing amount has reached US$10.7 million.
Team members come from the professional trading field. Founder Ray S. used to work at Jump Crypto and Flow Traders, and also participated in the construction of Pyth Network as an ecosystem contributor. Co-Founder Olivia Z previously worked as a senior software engineer at Coinbase.
Previously, aPriori officially launched its first community task, which is to post creative articles, videos, memes or research articles related to aPriori on Twitter and tag @aprMEV , and send the link to the official Discord channel. Kintsu - Liquid Staking Protocol
Kintsu is Monad's native liquid staking protocol, which attempts to solve the liquidity problem in traditional PoS staking and provide users with a more flexible and valuable staking method, allowing users to fully utilize their assets while ensuring the security of their funds.
The word Kintsu comes from the Japanese word "Kintsugi", which is a traditional Japanese art form for repairing broken pottery. Just like Kintsugi repairs broken pottery, Kintsu is described as "the golden thread that repairs the broken liquidity", aiming to "repair" the "fractures" in the blockchain ecosystem, suggesting that the Kintsu protocol can solve the contradiction between staking and liquidity in PoS blockchains.
Kintsu has announced a $4 million funding round led by Castle Island Ventures.

Jigsaw - A DeFi protocol based on liquid collateral
Jigsaw is a DeFi protocol based on the concept of liquid collateral. Its main product is the stablecoin jUSD issued based on the CDP mechanism. The core innovation of the protocol lies in the dynamic collateral mechanism. Users can continue to manage their assets after depositing collateral, including transferring and allocating collateral between whitelist protocols.
Hyperplex - Optimizing DeFi liquidity management
Hyperplex is an innovative project in the Monad ecosystem that focuses on optimizing DeFi liquidity management. It attempts to solve a core problem in DeFi through a liquidity re-provisioning mechanism: how to maximize capital efficiency and returns without significantly increasing risks, so that users' funds can work more intelligently.
Symphony - Chain Abstract Aggregation Trading Platform
Symphony, formerly known as Cadence Protocol, is a DeFi platform focused on solving cross-chain transactions and liquidity aggregation problems. Its unique selling point is cross-chain and simplified user experience.
Symphony applies chain abstraction technology to DeFi transactions. The innovative intent-based transaction architecture will allow for the unification of liquidity between chains and protocols and provide simplified, low-cost on-chain transaction execution. KuruExchange - Decentralized Exchange
KuruExchange is Monad's native decentralized order book exchange. Its Central Limit Order Book (CLOB) can provide better performance than AMM, enabling market makers to actively quote liquidity and provide users with better prices and lower slippage. It is worth mentioning that Monad's CEO Keone Hon also participated in Kuru as an individual.

Narwhal - AI-based trading platform
Narwhal is a Monad-native AI-driven trading platform that gamifies and socializes the trading experience. The platform provides diversified synthetic asset trading through Pyth, including cryptocurrencies, stocks, indices, and foreign exchange, and promises to provide deep liquidity and low slippage.
The platform adopts a self-custody model, and users do not need to deposit funds into the platform before opening a position. In order to lower the trading threshold, Narwhal has designed a copy trading function, allowing ordinary users to follow the strategies of excellent traders to invest.

Composite Labs - Trading Leverage Integrated Platform Composite Labs is Monad's native decentralized trading infrastructure, providing one-stop services for spot, perpetual contracts and lending. Its biggest feature is the use of a unified central limit order book to achieve a full-featured cross-margin mechanism, allowing users to use funds more efficiently. Regardless of the size of the transaction, a unified flat rate is used. Technically, it is completely decentralized, all code runs on the chain, can be deployed on any EVM-compatible network, and can be freely combined with other DApps.
2.GameFi
Sparkball - 4v4 sports fighting game
Sparkball is a 4v4 MOBA competitive game native to Monad, developed by Opti Games. The core innovation of the game is to combine ball sports with fighting elements. Players need to control the ball and fight and score in the opponent's goal. The game adopts the MOBA team battle mode of "League of Legends" while incorporating sports competitive features similar to "Rocket League". The special thing about Sparkball is that it does not deliberately emphasize Web3 attributes, but focuses on creating a high-quality gaming experience.
Currently, Sprakball has opened account registration and login through the official website . The game is expected to be launched on Steam in the second quarter of 2025. You can currently apply on Steam to participate in Season Zero in advance and pre-download it .
RareBetSports - On-chain sports culture, competitive entertainment platform
RareBetSports is Monad's native decentralized sports competition platform, which mainly provides core services such as Daily Fantasy Sports and traditional sports betting. The platform's special feature, the RareLink system, allows users to select athlete combinations to participate in competitions based on their own analysis. In the Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) mode, users need to form a virtual team under budget constraints and obtain points and rewards based on the performance of the selected athletes in actual competitions.

The introduction of an oracle-driven liquidation engine ensures the security and fairness of transaction results.
MVP Vault is one of the core components of the LEVR platform and an innovative mechanism of LEVR. It plays the role of a counterparty automatic market maker (Counterparty AMM) in the buy (mortgage) market and the redemption market, which means that users are actually trading with LEVR's vault instead of betting directly with other users.

Breath of Estova (BoE) is a 2D MMORPG Play-to-Earn guessing game native to Monad. Players can earn native tokens $ESTOVA as rewards through game time. The project is currently under development and has announced that a beta version will be released soon for players to experience.
3. Wallet
HaHa Wallet - Monad native wallet
HaHa Wallet is a Monad native smart wallet that supports interaction with DeFi applications in the Monad ecosystem. In July 2024, HaHa Wallet established a strategic partnership with Kintsu, planning to enhance the Monad DeFi ecosystem by integrating liquidity staking services.
Currently, the project is in the stage of product development and ecosystem layout, and progress is continuously updated through the official Twitter and Discord community channels.

Mozi Wallet - DeFi income and comprehensive application wallet
Mozi Yield Wallet is also a Monad native wallet project. Its core feature is to convert the income generated by staking tokens into directly usable assets. Users can manage their wallets through the Telegram applet without downloading additional applications. The wallet supports the use of staking income to pay for various services, including in-game purchases, Web2 subscription services (such as Netflix), and DeFi services.
According to the official tweet, the vision of Mozi Wallet is to connect cryptocurrency earnings with actual payment scenarios, so that users' staking earnings can be directly converted into disposable assets. In the future, Mozi debit cards will also be launched, allowing users to use these earnings at any time.

Playback is a decentralized AI project native to the Monad ecosystem that focuses on developing large action models (LAMs). Its core technology can transform human intentions into specific computer operations and achieve automated control, breaking through the limitation that traditional AI can only provide suggestions. The project is building a decentralized training data contribution system, where users can receive rewards by providing privacy-processed screen recordings.
Unlike existing LAMs that rely only on screenshots and pre-trained language models, Playback is committed to building a dedicated training dataset to advance the substantial development of LAM technology.

Fortytwo is a Monad native AI project. Unlike traditional AI projects that require supercomputers, Fortytwo allows ordinary individuals to participate and run AI nodes with home computers. Monadata is a native AI project developed based on the Monad network, focusing on the development of personal AI Agents and data annotation. The project adopts a community collaboration model, where users can participate in project construction through knowledge contribution and data annotation, and receive corresponding incentives. The project emphasizes user data sovereignty and ensures user control over personal data through blockchain technology.
5. SocialFi
Kizzy - Mobile social guessing platform
Kizzy is an innovative social media guessing application built on Monad native. Users can use Kizzy to predict and guess social media events, such as the number of views of a YouTube video or the number of followers of a Twitter account. Through a decentralized liquidity pool and a dynamic odds mechanism, Kizzy ensures transparency and fairness in the guessing process. Dusted is a social platform developed based on Monad. Its core function is to create tokenized chat rooms through the CommunityFi mechanism. The platform uses smart contracts to implement community governance, and token holders can participate in rule-making, content review, and feature voting.
Dusted’s CommunityFi model quantifies community contributions through tokenization, converting user behaviors that are difficult to measure in traditional social platforms into verifiable proof of value on the chain.

6. Business & DePin (Monad Madness Award Winner)
Pulse - Wearable health monitoring device
PULSE (Pulse No Limits) is a native DePin project of the Monad ecosystem that combines blockchain technology with wearable health devices. The core product of the project is the Pulse One wearable device. This hardware has the function of collecting physiological data, including heart rate, blood oxygen, activity level and other indicators, equipped with wireless charging, a battery life of 5 days, and a built-in digital wallet function.
Currently, PULSE has completed a seed round of financing of US$1.8 million, with investors including Lemniscap and Collab Currency. The project plans to launch its product in the first quarter of 2025 and start building a data sharing ecosystem.
PULSE's application scenarios include personal health management, medical research data collection, clinical data analysis, and decentralized medical database construction. Plato - Web3 Dianping
Plato has gamified restaurant consumption by cooperating with offline restaurants, providing users who consume in partner restaurants with consumption rebates in the form of its tokens $FAT.
By combining offline consumption with encryption technology, Plato aims to promote user consumption and increase the revenue of catering businesses, while collecting user data sets (pictures, comments) about food to create an on-chain food map.
Monad's native project PaperPlane combines entertainment consumption payment/membership loyalty programs such as catering and accommodation with $Token/Cashback to promote the popularization of Web3 through consumer feedback. The platform puts real-world transaction data on the chain to achieve cross-border integration.
Within one year of its launch, PaperPlane already has 10,000+ users and 100+ top-tier restaurants, including Asia’s top 50 bars and Michelin recommendations; its clients/partners include Taiwan’s largest cryptocurrency exchange MaiCoin, the world’s second-largest wine merchant Pernod Ricard, Ford Mustang and other brands.
EarnOS - A business platform based on chain abstraction
EarnOS is an advertising platform based on on-chain technology, using chain abstraction technology. Chain abstraction essentially hides complex operations on the chain in the backend. On the user side, you only need an email to log in to the platform and interact seamlessly on all devices. Backpack Wallet Users & Madlads Holders
Because Monad invested in Backpack and announced that the Monad testnet will integrate the Backpack wallet on the first day; and the holders of Solana NFT leader Mad Lads have maintained support and cooperation with Monad.
Wassieverse NFT Holders
The founder of the Wassieverse project is an angel investor of Monad. The current floor price of Wassieverse is 20 SOL.
Wormhole related users
Previously, Wormhole has given the Monad community a considerable share of $W airdrops, and Robinson Burkey, co-founder of Wormhole, is also an angel investor of Monad. Therefore, $W pledgers are likely to receive Monad airdrops as well.
Pyth related users
