US prosecutors submit more than 200 victim statements, former Celsius CEO to be sentenced on May 8

These 418-page statements reveal that numerous users invested their life savings in the platform, ultimately suffering massive losses. Mashinsky has pleaded guilty and may face up to 30 years in prison. Although some voices advocate for leniency, most victims demand strict punishment. The prosecution's final sentencing recommendation will be submitted on April 24.
